Service terms
Effective August 20, 2026. SoyaOS Cloud v0.2.0 is a free, single-region, best-effort text-agent service with no SLA.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for lawful text-agent workloads. Do not probe other tenants, evade quotas, distribute credentials, overload the service, or submit malware, exploit instructions, illegal content or third-party confidential data without permission.
v0.2.0 limits
The stable v0.2.0 surface is limited to the documented models, APIs and quotas. The service does not include arbitrary code execution, tool calls, billing, organization tenants, data residency, multi-region recovery or production support.
Your content
You remain responsible for prompts and outputs and must have the rights needed to submit them. Content is sent to the managed inference upstream as described in the Privacy Notice. Verify model output before relying on it.
Availability and access
The service is provided as-is and without uptime, support or fitness guarantees. SoyaOS may suspend keys or access to protect users, control cost, investigate abuse or operate the service safely.
These terms describe the released v0.2.0 product boundary. Stable does not imply an uptime SLA.
